Highlights from NAEC Spring Conference 2025

Turf Elevate’s Lisa Diaz joined industry leaders at the National Association of Elevator Contractors (NAEC) Spring Conference—and it was an experience to remember.

As a panelist for Women In Motion, Lisa joined an incredible group of professionals including Dot Mynahan (National Elevator Industry, Inc.), Pete Meeks (Delaware Elevator, Inc.), and Dan Walsh (Vantage Elevator Solutions), with the session moderated by Amy DiPaolo (American Elevator Group). The conversation centered around the evolving role of leadership in vertical transportation—and the energy in the room was undeniable.

Lisa also had the opportunity to lead a session for NexGen, diving deep into the topic of grounded leadership. The session sparked real conversations about what leadership truly looks like in today’s industry—beyond titles and into impact.
