Lisa Diaz
Founder & Managing Partner
Lisa Diaz is a recognized leader in construction innovation, sustainable infrastructure, and emerging technologies. As the Founder of Turf Elevate and Turf Advisory, she brings deep expertise in modernizing vertical transportation procurement through AI-driven solutions. Under her leadership, Turf Elevate has become the only WBE-certified supplier of its kind in New York State.
Lisa is one of just 15 women to complete the Vertical Transportation Management Program (VTMP), underscoring her commitment to excellence in the elevator industry. Prior to founding Turf, she spent 23 years as a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, leading global investments and strategic partnerships.
She currently serves on advisory boards including MIT Delta V and Smart Cities NY, and has been a featured speaker, judge, and executive-in-residence at top institutions such as Cornell Tech. Through Turf Elevate, Lisa is redefining how procurement gets done, smarter, faster, and with impact.
Anjaneya Naik
Advisor
Anjaneya(AJ) brings a rich background in product design and business development from his tenure as a founding member at TracFlo and his advanced studies at Northeastern University.
Specializing in revenue growth strategies and operational excellence, Anjaneya's expertise lies in leveraging technology to solve complex challenges within the construction industry. At Turf Advisory, he continues to drive innovation and excellence, embodying a commitment to enhancing industry standards and fostering sustainable growth.



Maria Fernanda Molina
Market Research Analyst
Maria Fernanda Molina leads government project sourcing, competitive analysis, and strategic market research to accelerate business growth across the portfolio.
Mafe brings a global perspective to her role, having worked across the public, private, and multilateral sectors. She previously served in the Partnerships team at the United Nations Capital Development Fund, advancing sustainable development initiatives through cross-sector collaboration. Prior to that, she worked at a general contractor in Peru, gaining hands-on experience with construction operations, and at a venture capital firm in San Francisco, where she supported startup evaluations and go-to-market strategies for early-stage tech companies.
She holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Hult International Business School and a Master’s in Business Analytics from Northeastern University.
